During his participation in the The Nighta program presented by Danilo Gentili, Belo admitted that he was not well after the breakdown of his marriage with Gracyanne Barbosa. Recently, the now ex-couple separated after 16 years of relationship.

The announcement of the end preceded the start of Soweto's 30th anniversary tour. Romance between Belo and Gracyanne

The relationship began in 2007, at the time, Gracyanne was still a dancer in the group Tchakabum. The union was made official in 2012, at the Candelária Church, located in the center of Rio de Janeiro. Father Marcelo Rossi was the celebrant of the wedding that recently came to an end.
