Gollum is currently the worst rated game of 2023

After numerous delays, Nacon and Daedalic Entertainment have released The Lord of the Rings: Gollum for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with a Switch version planned to arrive at a later date.

According to the website Metacritic, it is the worst game of 2023 in scores so far, with 40/100 on PS5 and 43/100 on PC. Both versions are in the last two positions of the list of titles released this year that were registered on the site. The other versions don’t have enough reviews to earn a grade point average.

On the OpenCritic site the situation is no different, with the game appearing in the lantern of titles released in 2023 with a score of 42/100, tied with Across the Valley.

It is worth remembering that the rating may rise a little or fall further in the coming days, as more analyzes are published.
