Neymar reveals details of his luxurious mansion in Mangaratiba

Back in Brazil, player Neymar Jr. shared this Monday (2), new images of his mansion in Mangaratiba, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. In posts on Instagram, the star showed off the property's leisure areas, including a swimming pool, an open-air cinema and a private gym.

Acquired by the star in 2016, the 5,000 square meter property is located in Costa Verde and is valued at around R$28 million. In the caption of one of the photos, Neymar wrote simply “Home”while presenting details of his routine, such as the training space at the gym.

Luxurious and personalized infrastructure

The mansion has several high-standard amenities. In addition to the swimming pool and open-air cinema, the site has a go-kart track, six suites, helipad, tennis court, football field and sauna. The outdoor area is equipped with sofas and armchairs, creating a comfortable and sophisticated environment for rest and socialization.

Neymar, who frequently shares leisure time with friends and family, reinforces the relaxed and exclusive atmosphere that surrounds his residence. The Mangaratiba property is known for being a player's refuge between professional commitments, providing the ideal setting for relaxation and recreational activities.

Other luxury properties

In addition to the luxurious property in Mangaratiba, Neymar Jr. has other residences spread across Brazil, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

The player's most recent acquisition is a penthouse at the prestigious Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, in Dubai. Valued at US$54.4 million (R$315 million), the property, located in the Business Bay district, offers a car elevator, private pool and a panoramic view of the city center. The development is the only Bugatti brand residence in the world and includes 182 exclusive residences, as well as a private beach inspired by the French Riviera.

In October, the star spent US$26 million (R$150 million) to acquire land in Bal Harbor, one of Miami's most luxurious neighborhoods. There, he plans to build a 1,200 square meter house facing the sea, intended for family moments.

In Brazil, Neymar also owns a quadriplex penthouse, in Balneário Camboriú (SC), in the Yachthouse building, famous for its 81 floors, helipad and 360° views of the city. Furthermore, Neymar purchased Claudia Raia and Edson Celulari's former home in Rio de Janeiro in 2021.

For R$13 million, he acquired the 3,500 square meter property, which includes four suites, swimming pool, sauna and views of Pedra da Gávea. In the same year, he invested R$20 million in a mansion in Alphaville, São Paulo, with six suites, a panoramic elevator, a garage for 20 cars and a 1.6 km long swimming pool.
