Juan Luís Guerra wins category of “Album of the Year”

Today (14) happens the most special night of Latin music, the 25th edition of the Latin Grammy, a traditional award that honors singers, composers and other professionals in the musical business of Latin America. The premiere began at 3 pm, broadcast on the official Latin Grammys channel on YouTube, and the main ceremony will take place from 9 pm Brasilia, directly from Miami Beach Convention Center in the United States. In Brazil, the transmission takes place through the BIS channel and the streaming globeplay.

Juan Luís Guerra wins the category of “Album of the Year”

Juan Luis Guerra took to the house one of the most important trophies of the night, the “album of the year”, by “Radio Güira”, his second EP, released in November 2023. The project was produced and written by the artist in partnership with Rosy Janina. The album has six tracks and is inspired by a radio station, created by war titled “4:40 FM”. Among the songs there are narrated presentation capsules to try to mimic the style of a conventional radio that would work at 4:40.
