Beyoncé commands Spotify charts with new album “RENAISSANCE”

Owner of an unshakable career, singer Beyoncé shows with each new release that she is one of the biggest artists in the world. With the premiere of his new work, “RENAISSANCE” it quickly became one of the most listened to albums, in addition to having a legion of fans waiting for the diva's return. Released this Friday (29), the artist's new album is dominating the Spotify charts. The day after its debut, the platform updated the ranking of the most listened to songs and the singer's new hits are among the main positions in the Top 50 in the United States.

“I'M THAT GIRL”, the album's first track, occupies the top of the ranking with 1,660,113 streams in the country. The single “BREAK MY SOUL” is in third position (1,498,240 streams), after the songs “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” (1,442,367 streams), “COZY” (1,400,754 streams), “CUFF IT” (1,388,259), “CHURCH GIRL” (1,340,818 streams), and “ENERGY” (1,339,948 streams) are present in the top ten positions of the Spotify Top 50 in the United States.

The country was the one with the highest result for the album and dominates the Spotify charts. All 16 tracks on the album are present in the Top 25 on the platform.

In the United Kingdom it was no different either. With the single “BREAK MY SOUL” guaranteed in first position, all songs from the album were in the Top 50. In terms of Spotify Global performance, the album was not at the top, but the single “BREAK MY SOUL” reached 7th place, followed by “I'M THAT GIRL” in 10th It is “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” in 12th.

Even though it was recently released, Beyoncé has already broken a record with “RENAISSANCE” by having more than 43 million streams on Spotify, becoming the most played female album of the year on the platform.
