Discover what causes heart problem
Avoid the cause as early as possible
Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world. This disease is characterized by disorders of the heart such as disorders of the heart rhythm, heart valves, blood vessels, which can be caused by habit or congenital nature. Symptoms of heart disease are chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, pain in the upper body, fatigue, cold feet and hands, and changes in heart rhythm.
Heart disease usually affects people with old age. However, in a survey conducted in 2013, it was found that there was an increase in the number of patients with heart disease under 45 years of age. So, what causes heart disease at a young age ? The following is the description.
1. Smoking habits
Smoking habits can increase the risk of having a heart attack. This is because the smoke produced from burning cigarettes can damage the artery walls and produce plaque which causes blood flow along the arteries to be obstructed. As a result, the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the heart becomes disrupted which then triggers heart disease. This risk not only lurks active smokers but also passive smokers who are often exposed to cigarette smoke.
2. Being overweight
In people who are overweight, the heart is forced to work harder to pump blood which then triggers an increase in blood flow. This in turn can lead to hypertension, which is the root of the problem in heart disease.

3. Family history of heart problem

Various studies have shown that if there are family members who have a history of heart disease, then other family members are also at risk of developing heart disease. But don’t worry, this risk can be reduced by adopting a healthy lifestyle such as regular exercise and maintaining a healthy diet. And most importantly, contact your doctor immediately to get the right solution.
4. Autoimmune disease
Autoimmune can cause inflammation of blood vessels including blood vessels in the heart. Inflammation around the blood vessels has an impact on the disruption of the function of the heart muscle in pumping activity or what can be called heart failure.
5. Long QT Syndrome
This syndrome is an inherited disease that triggers a disruption in the rhythm of the heart rate. Patients with long QT syndrome can experience a drastic and sudden increase in heart rate which causes the sufferer to faint and even die suddenly.
6. Abnormal heart structure
Some people are born with an abnormal heart structure or it can be said that they are born with defects. This has an impact on the disruption of heart function which cannot carry out its various tasks properly, resulting in a number of health problems. People who are born with this abnormal heart can also have symptoms such as patients with heart disease such as abnormal heart rhythm, chest pain, shortness of breath, and so on.

7. Commotio cordis
Commotio cordis is actually a disease that occurs as a result of a hard blow to the chest which can cause vibrations of the ventricles. Ventricular vibration is a problem that occurs when the heart beats at a very fast and irregular rhythm. As a result, the ventricular spaces in the heart which are in charge of pumping blood vibrate with erratic rhythms and interfere with blood pumping activity.
Well, now you know what triggers heart disease at a young age. What you need to do now is to avoid the factors that cause the disease. If necessary, consult your doctor immediately for treatment and prevention of heart disease.
