Covid-19 Vaccination can promote economy recovery
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno is optimistic that creative economy factors are enthusiastic in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. According to him, this spirit can be manifested in the form of following vaccinations and implementing health protocols.
Sandiaga said that if the pandemic is under control, the creative economy sector will also feel the impact. Controlled Covid-19, according to Sandiaga, will make the creative economy rise and recover immediately.
Sandiaga explained that there are 17 sub-sectors in the creative economy industry. Of that sub-sector, according to him, it involved more than 20 million workers in the creative economy industry.

According to him, the creative economy industry has a big role in encouraging national economic growth. Throughout 2020, this sector, according to Sandiaga, contributed Rp. 1,100 trillion to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
