Dr. Valderi Vieira becomes a leading figure in plastic surgery

Born in Teresina, Piauí, Dr. Valderi Vieira spent his childhood in the capital of Piauí until he was 9 years old, when his family moved to Fortaleza due to the transfer of his father, an agronomist from Embrapa. His mother, an economist by training, worked at Caixa Econômica Federal.

From a young age, Valderi demonstrated a strong commitment to his studies, attending the renowned Colégio Christus in Fortaleza, where he distinguished himself as a member of the honor roll. In 1997, he enrolled at the Federal University of Ceará to study Medicine, graduating in 2002 after six years of intense dedication. During this time, he chose to focus on his studies, giving up social and family events to focus on his medical education.

Immediately after graduation, he began his residency in General Surgery at the Dr. José Frota Institute, the main trauma hospital in Fortaleza. After two years, he continued his residency in Plastic Surgery at the same hospital, consolidating his specialized training.

Demonstrating a continuous search for knowledge, Dr. Valderi Vieira did not limit himself to Brazil. He participated in international courses and internships essential for his specialization, including plastic surgery courses in Costa Rica and the United States, as well as an advanced facial surgery course in Curitiba.

After completing his residency, Valderi began his career as a plastic surgeon in his own practice, initially sharing space with a colleague and quickly expanding his practice. His reputation grew, leading him to collaborate with renowned professionals in the field and to become actively involved in the national management of plastic surgery.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Valderi Vieira invests in his ongoing education, having completed a postgraduate degree in business management and actively participating in a mentoring program for entrepreneurs in Barueri, São Paulo. His commitment to excellence extends not only to medical technique, but also to the effective management of his practice and support for business development in the healthcare sector.
