Earth and Passion: Irene loses her mind and tries to kill Candida in cold blood

In “Terra e Paixão”, Cândida (Susana Vieira) is the key to many plot secrets. She keeps some hairy ones, mainly from Irene’s (Gloria Pires) past. The two will have a serious confrontation that will result in Irene’s cold-blooded attack on the owner of the Nova Primavera bar.

“Caius is in my heart. I adored his mother, Agatha. I suffered a lot when she left. I will not allow you to harm Caio. I called to let you know. You can’t harm this boy. You know, your family has secrets. I already told Caio one of them, but not the main one”.

Cândida finishes and releases an ultimatum on Irene:

“Stop harming Caio, or I’ll tell you everything I know about you… I’ll tell your children, who will know what a mother they have”.

Desperate, Irene takes a pillow and attacks Cândida trying to make her suffocate to death, while saying:

” Will not tell anything, will not say a word. It will shut up… forever”.

Irene disguises when Luana enters the room. Daniel asks Aline if she is dating Jonatas. Kelvin suggests that nobody leave Candida alone with Irene. Ademir assures Caio that Antônio wants to harm his son. Anely advises Luigi to run away, after telling the Italian that Daniel has his card numbers. Menah realizes that Jonatas likes Aline. Antônio proposes to Luigi that the Italian help Petra heal, in exchange for a good job placement. Graça complains to her parents about Daniel’s lack of attention. Daniel doesn’t like Antonio’s decision about Luigi and tells the Italian he’ll keep an eye on him. Daniel confesses to Caio that he doesn’t want to marry Graça. Tadeu asks Enzo to find out who the woman he talks to on the hot site is. Caio advises Daniel to declare himself to the woman he is in love with.

On May 8, TV Globo premiered the 9 pm telenovela, “Terra e Paixão”, written by Walcyr Carrasco. The plot, which replaced “Travessia”, tells the saga of Aline (Barbara Reis), a strong woman, full of dreams, who faces whatever it takes for the future of her family. In the cast are still: Susana Vieira, Agatha Moreira, Tony Ramos, among others.
