Gigi Hadid hints at Leonardo Dicaprio and followers speculate end of relationship

Gigi Hadid shared, this Tuesday (18), a joke about relationships that hinted that she is facing frustrations in her love life. Since last year, there were rumors that the model would be living a romance with actor Leonardo Dicaprio. According to US Magazine, the relationship between the two would have ended in February of that year.

Gigi shared a meme on her social media of an elderly woman named June, 87, who appears holding a sign and giving her the best dating advice: “don’t date”. The model did not comment further on the post and netizens are creating theories that the post was a hint to Leonardo and supermodel Irina Shayk, who enjoyed the Coachella festival with close friends last weekend.

Leonardo was spotted with Irina at a party on Saturday (15), in Palm Springs, California. The possible new romance between the two began to draw the attention of netizens and especially Gigi. However, according to an insider at E! News, despite the proximity of the two, the climate was not romance.

Gigi and Leonardo’s romance reportedly began shortly after the actor ended his four-year relationship with actress Camilla Morrone. Hadid was also newly single, after ending her six-year relationship with singer Zayn Malik, father of her daughter, Khai, just two years old.

Gigi and Dicaprio have never spoken openly about their relationship, they’ve always been very private. However, now that the two seem to be over, the model has thrown it in the can and hinted that if she could, she wouldn’t even have dated the actor.
