Wesley Safadão had to undergo a surgical procedure to remove a herniated disc, the singer's team reported on their social media this Thursday (7). The statement released informs that the singer is doing well and is recovering, and the performances scheduled until July 10 will be canceled.

The singer left the stage on June 29th with back pain and numbness in his legs, after being diagnosed with a herniated disc. Wesley was then hospitalized in São Paulo and was discharged on July 1st.
