Corinthians uses Gabigol's name to sell new shirts

This Friday (17), Flamengo striker Gabriel Barbosa was seen in a photo wearing the Corinthians shirt in a moment of fun with his friends, the controversial photo made Corinthians join in the fun and thus make waves with the fact.

On the internet, “Shop Timão”, a digital store that the club owns, advertised the product on its social networks with the words “everyone wants it” when referring to Timão’s new shirt. The curious fact was that the company used Gabriel's name on the back when announcing the shirt that can be personalized.

Interest in the attacker

Corinthians and Gabigol had a “flirtation” at the end of 2023, the football director of the Corinthians club at the time Rubens Gomes, known as Rubão, started conversations with Marcos Braz, Vice-president of football for the red-black club, and showed interest in count on the striker for 2024.

The attacker's team says that Gabriel was at home relaxing with friends, and both the attacker's team and Gabigol claim that the photo is not true and is a montage.
