Fluminense Refusal Proposal of Dutch Club by Arias

Fluminense refused on Thursday (30) a proposal from Feyenoord, the Netherlands, by Jhon Arias. The reason was due to the values ​​below expected to the Carioca Tricolor, who expected a good proposal for both. The values ​​that the Dutch club proposed were smaller than Greece's Olympiacos offered to buy the Colombian player. The Dutch transfer window is close to being closed next Tuesday (4), and the business should not be successfully completed for the Dutch club until the date.

Proposals and possible sale

In this 2025 window, three proposals were made for the Colombian to leave the current club, but none were considered good as the values ​​are low compared to what Tricolor expects to receive for the player. Since last year, Fluminense has received proposals from various European clubs. In 2024, proposals by Zenit, Galatasaray and Girona were in the hands of the Rio club, but they were all unsuccessful for refusal of Tricolor and Arias.

Tricolor has 50% of Jhon Arias rights. The second half belongs to Patriotas, Colombia club where the player was revealed years ago.
