Eastern Cape presiding judge Selby Mbenenge, accused of sexual harassment, was a faithful churchgoer, a God-fearing man and a chorister who was part of a popular quartet.
Mbenenge is before the Judicial Conduct Tribunal facing allegations of sexual harassment. The judge's secretary, Andiswa Mengo, testified that the presiding judge sent her inappropriate messages and photos of her private parts.
The presiding judge was part of the Seventh-day Adventist Church's Joybells Quartet and sang during church services throughout the province.
