How to make Double
To make Dobradinha, first wash the beans and soak them, then clean the tripe well and boil it with lemon for about 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 kg tripe, cleaned and boiled with lemon
- 2 pepperoni sausages, in not very thin slices
- 500 g white or butter beans
- 3 medium chopped potatoes
- 2 medium chopped carrots
- 3 very ripe chopped tomatoes
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 chopped small bell pepper
- 2 chicken broth tablets

- garlic to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Choose, wash the beans and soak them.
- Clean the tripe and simmer with lemon for 15 minutes, drain and reserve.
- In a pressure cooker, brown the onion and garlic.
- Finally, add the peppers, tomatoes and broth, mix well.
- Then, gather the tripe and add water until it is covered.
- Then taste the salt and add more if necessary.
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Finally, add the drained beans and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Then add the sausage, potatoes, carrots and parsley.
- Then let it cook for 5 minutes and it’s done.
- Serve with white rice and lettuce salad.
