INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tea cup of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 whole chicken cleaned
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups of orange juice
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. First, let’s put the chicken with the orange juice, onion, garlic, pepper, bay leaf, salt, rosemary in a plastic food bag and leave tied up in the fridge for 12 hours.
  2. Then we are going to remove the chicken from the plastic, dry it and leave the seasoning separate, we are going to tie the chicken legs with a string and leave it separate.
  3. Then, put the chicken in a pressure cooker with oil heated over medium heat and let’s brown both sides.

  5. Finally, wait for the pressure to release naturally, place the chicken in a bowl and pour the cooking broth over it.
