The Buenos Aires Marathon and Half are the races that Brazilians look for most when it comes to running abroad and this year, even with all the political and economic instability, will be no exception. There are several reasons: the trip is more affordable than going to North America and Europe, the climate is always mild, the route is flat, the city is beautiful and has several tourist attractions and the food is divine. The marathon is scheduled for 22/9 and the Half, 25/8.
The registration fee on the official website of the event is in dollars but you can pay in reais and even pay in installments, if you wish, by registering through Ticket Sports in association with Sub4 Sports Tourism and with the authorization of Nandu Foundationorganizer of the Argentine race.
Through TicketSports, the registration fee for the Half (link here), leaves for R$546 (already with the convenience fee) and the marathon (link here), leaves for R$577 (also including the fee). Both values are a little higher than the official registration website, but it is a matter of convenience because you can pay the amount interest-free in installments or pay via PIX. However, if you use the coupon “CORRIDANOAR”, you have a 10% discount and the price of the marathon remains R$520 (cheaper than the one on the official website) and the sock one is for R$490. This coupon will be active until 2/29. Enjoy it while it lasts.
VIA THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. A Half marathon ( The registration fee for foreigners is US$80 + US$10 convenience fee, or around R$465 already with the IOF (4.38%), in today's tourism exchange rate, 2/15.
