Preti – South Africa wants to end its membership in the International Criminal Court (ICC). “The ruling party … has decided that South Africa should withdraw from the ICC,” President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Tuesday.
The ruling ANC considers the ICC’s dealings with certain countries to be “unfair”. The country had already announced its withdrawal from the court in 2016.
