Henri Castelli has permanent damage to his face after being attacked

After actor Henri Castelli suffered a physical attack in 2020, a new forensic report revealed that the actor has permanent consequences after the incident. The report was released this Wednesday (1) by UOL, and it also contains the case that Catelli filed against his attackers, businessmen Guilherme Accioly and Bernardo Malta.

The expertise

According to expert Basílio de Almeida Milani, Henri Castelli lost skin sensitivity on the right side of his face, this condition is known as paresthesia. Furthermore, the loss of sensitivity also affected the proximity between the mouth and the chin, where the artist received the punch.

“Paresthesia, as it has been present for approximately three years, should be permanent and there is currently no treatment that can be indicated that has a certainly favorable prognosis”wrote the expert in the case report.

According to Basílio, Castelli's jaws are not completely symmetrical, as no deformity is noticeable, but the expert states that the assessment of the jaw is not accurate, as there was no examination at the scene before the actor suffered the attack.

However, Henri points out that he has the feeling that his jaw has a certain deformity, and explains that he still feels pain in the area, especially when the environment is at a lower temperature. Faced with this situation, the artist concludes by saying that, when experiencing this sensation, he hides the area with his hands.

The aggression

The attack against Henri Castelli took place in Barra de São Miguel, in Alagoas, on December 30, 2020. The actor even commented on the attack just two weeks after the event, as he needed to undergo surgery.

In his statement, the artist said that he was attacked with no chance of self-defense. “I was with some friends and, out of nowhere, I was pulled from behind, thrown to the ground and attacked, punched and kicked in the face.”, said Castelli. As a result, the actor sued the businessmen for moral damages and asked for compensation of R$412,000.

The businessmen, Bernardo Malta and Guilherme Accioly, were identified as those responsible for Henri's injuries. In an interview that the businessmen's lawyer gave to UOL, the professional pointed out that it was the actor who started the fight, where the artist allegedly attacked Guilherme and, in the face of all the confusion, when trying to punch Bernardo, Henri ended up hitting Accioly, thus causing a stroke in the businessman's eye.
