- 1 yolk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 100 grams of fresh ricotta
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
