Next Week on Xbox: Save for what? A Parade of New Games That Will Inflate Your Digital Library!
– All in one GAME updates, New game release, 2024 games, upcoming games, trending games, latest discovery and game reviews.
Next week on Xbox promises to be that typical release period that makes you question: “Do I really need another game?” But of course, the answer is always a resounding “Yes!”, because who doesn’t want to accumulate more games than they have time to play, right?
Look at the Promotion! No, Péra, it’s just a launch…
Starting with Front Mission 2: Remakewhich decided that it's not enough to be a tactical RPG, it has to be a remake of a game that almost no one has played outside of Japan. Coming with the promise of making you oscillate between three characters who probably have more moral dilemmas than a politician in times of election.
Then we have Tales from Candleforth, a game that looks like it came straight out of a fairy tale writer's therapy session. Is the banned book bleeding into the pages of children's stories? Someone needs a band-aid here!
And we can't forget The Fall of Elena Temple, where the biggest innovation is being able to “undo” your falls. It's like having a “I didn't die” button while you're trying to collect coins. Who needs skill when you have an undo command?
The Cats Are at the Party and You Weren't Invited
Roofcast Band – Suika Style brings cats jamming on the roof. Seriously, it sounds like the script for a Sunday afternoon movie you watch while questioning your life choices. But hey, at least it has a “canine disruptor,” because there’s nothing like a good cats versus dogs cliché to sell a game.
Space, Samurai and… Viking Rats?
Advancing to Space Mercenary Defense Force, where your mission is to resist an alien attack, probably while wondering why all space games have to involve shooting something. The answer? Because blowing things up is fun, man.
AND Sclash? A samurai fighting game where “one hit is enough to kill”. So you better be quick in control or your samurai will finish faster than a sushi chef cutting sashimi.
Finally, MiceGard brings us Viking rats seeking honor and fame. Because, of course, after cats on the roof, the next logical step is rats with axes. Who didn't want to see that?
Just One More Week or the Invasion of Single Titles?
Between remakes, dark tales, and animals doing human things, next week on Xbox looks set to offer something for everyone… or at least a bunch of concepts that sound like someone threw darts at a wall of ideas. But hey, at least you can never accuse these developers of not being creative, right?
So get your couch and controller ready, because it looks like you're going to have a bunch of new worlds to explore… or just a few more icons to grace your home screen. Let's Play!
