Nicki Minaj, Maluma & Myriam Fare will release music for the Qatar World Cup

Fans of singer Nicki Minaj can now get excited, as new songs from the artist are on the way. Today, the “Super Freaky Girl” rapper took to her Instagram story to announce a new collaboration with Maluma and Myriam Fares, due out next week.

In the post there is an arrangement of three pairs of soccer cleats tied to a fence, with the names of each of the artists printed on them. One has the number 11 printed on it, another 18 and the third 22, indicating that the single will be released next Friday, November 18th.

As of now, there is no word on an official title for the song, however, it appears the track could be an anthem for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Earlier today, Nicki Minaj won Best Hip Hop at the MTV EMAs, and her song, “Super Freaky Girl” won Best Song.

And perhaps this star-studded collaboration isn't the only new Minaj music coming in the near future: In a recent interview with ID, Minaj spoke with City Girls' JT about her various upcoming projects.

When JT asked Minaj what she had planned, Minaj responded. “The fifth album. I won’t say when it will be released, but the album will be released soon.”

Another singer confirmed to perform at the global celebration is Shakira, apparently she will be present at the 2022 Men's Football World Cup.

The confirmation comes from FIFA itself, the organizer of the sporting event, and was also published in the global sports media, especially in Colombia. This information was confirmed by Notícias Caracol, one of the most important websites in Colombia.

With this, the Colombian singer goes down in history as the only person to appear 4 times in the most important men's football match on the planet.
