Kieran Culkin wins Best Actor in a Drama Series

Today (15), the 75th edition of the Emmy Awards takes place, continuing the high awards season, following the Golden Globes, held on the 7th, and the Critics' Choice Awards, which took place yesterday (14). The ceremony is one of the most important to honor television series and films in the industry. The award corresponds to the 2023 season, as it had to be postponed due to strikes by Hollywood screenwriters and actors.

The series “Succession”, an original HBO Max, is the nomination leader for the second year in a row, with 27 nominations in total. The awards ceremony is being broadcast on the pay TV channel, TNT, and on HBO Max streaming.

Best Actor in a Drama Series

The 2024 awards season brought actor Kieran Culkin yet another award for his role as “Roman Roy” in “Succession.” After winning the Golden Globe and Critics' Choice, Culkin won the Emmy Awars statuette in the Best Actor in a Drama Series category.

The most nominated series for the 75th Emmy, “Succession”, tells the story of Logan Roy and his four children, who run the largest media conglomerate in the world.
