'Process back to 'on''

Last Monday (14), Marcos Mion was photographed by a paparazzo while walking shirtless along the Rio de Janeiro coastline and, through the photo, announced that he is back to heavy training to redefine his abs. The presenter of the new “Caldeirão” shared videos alongside Marcelo Donice, his personal trainer, in which he lifts 120 kilos of weight.

“The paparazzi photos on the beach in Rio de Janeiro accelerated my process of getting back to being 'on'. Those who know me know how much I HATE not being ripped, even though it's a normal process in bodybuilding.”wrote the presenter. “I can no longer take the risk and train without responsibility, but believe me, I want the paparazzi to find me on the beach soon.”he concluded, also clarifying that the entire process follows a schedule to avoid injuries.

On his social network, Marcelo Donice also talked a little about the training. “You know when they mess with someone who’s been quiet? We’re working behind the scenes and (…) they woke up the beast”he wrote in one of his stories. “You will see what will happen in the next 45 days”he added, already piquing the public's curiosity.

Hired by TV Globo since mid-2021, Mion is experiencing one of the best phases of his career. The network's initial plan was to keep the presenter on the show on Saturdays until the end of the year, but, thanks to the positive reception from critics and the constant achievement of good audience, he was made permanent for 2022 on October 20. Currently, the program has the segments “Tem ou não tem”, “Sobe o som”, “Isso a Globo mostra” and “Mãe, tô na Globo!”, but it should receive new attractions for this year's season.

Before signing with the Rio de Janeiro broadcaster, Marcos Mion was in charge of “Legendários” for seven years and, between 2018 and 2020, he presented three seasons of “A Fazenda”, both on RecordTV.
