Niña Pastori wins best flamenco music album

Today (16), the 24th edition of the Latin Grammys is taking place, for the first time directly from Seville, Spain. It is the first time in the history of the awards that it is being held outside the United States.

Brazil, in addition to being present in the year's nominations, is part of the ceremony's presentation, represented by Anitta, Tiago Iorc, Criolo and Rachel Reis, who share the stage with Danna Paola, Sebastían Yatra, Paz Vegas and Roselyn Sánchez, co- hosts of the big night. For the first year, the most important awards show in Latin America is being broadcast live on Canal BIS and Globoplay, which has an open signal for non-subscribers, starting at 10:30 pm, Brasília time.

Best Flamenco Music Album

María Rosa Gracía García, also known as Niña Pastori, aged 45, is a Spanish flamenco singer and is the great-granddaughter of flamenco singer Inés “la del Pelao” and was influenced by Camarón de la Isla. The artist won the Best Flamenco Music Album category with the song “Camino”, at the Latin Grammys. She was thrilled to win the award and thanked everyone who helped flamenco get to where it is.
