Battlefield 2042 Season 7 Launches: Everything You Need to Know

Season 7: Decisive Moment of the Battlefield 2042 is now available on all platforms. This season introduces two new mapsone new vehicle, new weaponsin addition to new devices It is gameplay adjustments. There will be a period of free trial of Battlefield 2042 on all platforms from March 21st to 24th.

New Maps

Refuge – The new Season 7 map is set in the Atacama Desert in Chile and focuses on urban combat that mixes infantry and vehicle action. Refuge draws inspiration from previous maps in the Battlefield franchise, such as Port of Arica (Bad Company 2), Strike At Karkand (Battlefield 2) and Amiens (Battlefield 1).

Stadium – This addition is focused on infantry combat with intense hand-to-hand confrontations. Available in modes like Breakthrough, Conquest, Charge, and more. The Stadium was previously part of the Hourglass map, now revised and released as a standalone map with an updated look.

New Weapons

AK 5C – An assault rifle with a balance between firepower and precision, suitable for close-range combat.

SCZ-3 – A submachine gun for close-range combat, with a drum magazine for greater capacity before reloading.

ML DFR Strife – A weapon available at the end of Season 7, combines characteristics of a light machine gun with the mobility of an assault rifle.

New Devices

Predator SRAW – An anti-tank launcher with wire-guided missiles, intended to combat ground and air vehicles.

New Vehicle

XFAD-4 Draugr – A remote-controlled aerial bombardment vehicle, available at the end of Season 7, equipped with a precise targeting system, EMP bombs, and radar-guided missiles.

Season 7 also brings an incentive for players with the Year 1 Battle Pass (Seasons 1-4) that did not participate in Seasons 5 and 6, offering equipment from those seasons and a bonus EXP.
