Check out the celebrities' looks for the opening of the 2024 Olympic Games

On Friday afternoon (26), the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics took place in Paris. It wasn't just the athletes who caught attention with their uniforms, but also the celebrities who attracted the spotlight with the looks they chose to parade down the event's red carpet.

Celebrities like John Legend, Ariana Grande and Pharrell Williams were the first to arrive to attend the ceremony. Check out the celebrities' looks:

Ariana Grande

The American singer opted for a sophisticated and delicate look by Thom Browne, consisting of a long pink dress with a bow at the front, an item that was also used in her hair, as well as shoes of the same color and white gloves.

Cynthia Erivo

The actress also wore a monochromatic green look by Thom Browne, consisting of a long satin dress, hat and high heels. Complementing the look were gold-toned accessories and large nails highlighting the nail art as part of the look.

Pharrell Williams

The creative director of Louis Vuitton chose a casual sporty style for the event, consisting of a sweatshirt from the house, shorts and sneakers, as well as accessories such as glasses and a cap from Kenzo.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen

The couple stole the spotlight when they arrived at the event with their children. The model wore a Balmain ensemble, consisting of short shorts and a long green cardigan, combined with high heels and a clutch bag, both in black. The singer opted for a classic black suit in velvet fabric and white sneakers.

Kelly Clarkson

The singer and presenter of the ceremony drew attention when she wore a dark blue mini dress with embroidered stone details. She completed the look with jewelry and high heels, both in silver.

The First Lady is representing the Brazilian government at the Olympics. For the ceremony, she chose a kimono dress from the national brand Printing.

The opening ceremony of this edition of the Olympic Games broke with tradition and, for the first time in history, took place outside a closed stadium. This time, the event took place on the banks of the River Seine.
