Fla's surprise lineup projects Evertton Araújo in place of De La Cruz

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo ended the week's training this Friday (25) with two new additions to the lineup. Midfielder Evertton Araújo replacing Nico De la Cruz and midfielder Michael, covering the absence of BH who is suspended for tomorrow's match against Juventude.

Who should play

Left-back Alex Sandro felt pain after the game against Corinthians in the Copa do Brasil and was unable to recover from muscle discomfort in the back of his right thigh, which is why he will be absent from the team, with Ayrton Lucas taking his place. Another who will not be in the game is striker Carlinhos. He suffered an injury to his right adductor muscle in training yesterday, which is why he has already started treatment at DM. There was no definition of who would fill his vacancy.

After the match that qualified the club for the final of the Copa do Brasil, Rubro-Negro has already carried out four types of training at its Training Center. On Tuesday (22), coach Filipe Luís was informed of midfielder De la Cruz's thigh injury, which will cause him to be absent from activities for at least 30 days. The coach, faced with last-minute absences, began assembling the team from Wednesday.

Probable lineups

The number 27, Bruno Henrique, is automatically suspended, after receiving his third yellow card in the Brasileirão. Michael, recovered from the injury that kept him away from the team for two months, became the favorite for BH's place and could win a starting spot in the team. Evertton Araújo, baby of the nest, trained in midfield alongside Pulgar and De Arrascaeta. The most expensive signing of the season, Alcaraz, also participated in the week's activities, but Evertton is the one most likely to start the game.

As is customary, the coach will only confirm the team's lineup at Maracanã, where he will give the well-known lecture. Flamengo faces Juventude this Saturday (26) in the 31st round of the Brasileirão, at 4:30 pm (Brasília time).
