Rapper Drake has lost 2 million dollars (more than 1.9 million euros) in a bet on an MMA fight, reports the American entertainment siteTMZ Sunday. The 36-year-old artist bet his money on Israel Adesanya, who fought Alex Pereira and eventually lost.
The fight took place Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York. For a long time it seemed that Drake had bet his money on the right person, but in the fifth round Adesanya received the final blow from Pereira, after which the referee decided to end the fight.
