Roberta Miranda is not called to pay tribute to Marília Mendonça and is revolted

Amidst the controversies surrounding the project for a tribute to Marília Mendonça, another one became public this Wednesday afternoon (31). According to journalist Léo Dias, country singer Roberta Miranda showed indignation at not being invited to the tribute to the artist, who died in November 2021.

It is worth remembering that Marília and Roberta Miranda had a very strong relationship. The experienced singer invited Marília to appear on her DVD in 2017, during the recording of “Os Tempos Mudaram”, a track from the album they sing together, the queen of suffering praised Roberta Miranda.

Hospitalization after Marília’s death

At the time of the artist's death, Roberta Miranda was completely shaken by the news, the singer was going to travel when she found out about her friend's sudden death, in a state of shock she was taken to the Albert Einstein hospital, in São Paulo, where she spent a few hours under observation. . After the exams, the singer was discharged.

Other artists outside the tribute

Not only Roberta Miranda will be left out of the “This is Marília Mendonça”. Unlike Roberta, who was not even invited, other artists rejected the invitation to participate in the event, which will take place on October 5th, at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo.

Maiara and Maraisa who were directly involved in Marília's last project, the “The Bosses”have already said that they are not in an emotional condition to participate in the show.

Henrique and Juliano have also stated that they will not be present, the duo's advisors spoke out and told the 'hugogloss.com' that the singers have always made it clear that “I would never re-record any song” made with Marília.

Hugo and Guilherme, another duo that has a recording with the singer, informed on social media that they will not be present due to scheduling reasons, that even with chest tightness, due to the emotional moment that the show will bring, they made themselves available, but it was not possible to adapt in time.
