Rolling Stone elects “Brat” as the best album released in 2024

Rolling Stone, one of the most important of US musical journalism, recently released the ranking of the best albums released in 2024 through their social networks, and Charli XCX won the best with “Brat”, the album that broke barriers and made fans of the world to fall in love with the artist's alternative pop.

What the magazine said

To justify the choice, Rolling Stone stressed that the album is “a Hiperpop roller coaster”, and that it is a project still completed when Charli produced the bonus tracks and another album only with remixes, which turned the original versions into others as if they were “downward turns”.

“Brat” was released on June 7, 2024 getting about 15.4 million streams on his first day on Spotify. She also won the second position on the UK official album chart and reached the top10 in another twelve countries, including the United States. Now, fans look forward to a new tour of the singer to promote the album, and she is already scheduled for 2025.

In addition to “Brat”, the magazine chose another 100 best releases of 2024 and there was no lack of weight names.
