Cher is generous with a R$52 million discount on a mansion for sale

This is Cher’s second attempt to sell the property, which, with the generous discount granted, now costs US$75 million (R$393 million).

According to The Wall Street newspaper, the Believe interpreter lived for at least three decades in the luxurious Italian Renaissance-style mansion. She bought the property for $2.95 million in 1989 and renovated it to make it even more valuable in mid-1999.

Despite not being beachfront, the house has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean that can be contemplated from anywhere in the house and took 5 years to build. Among the rooms available, we can mention seven suites, nine bathrooms, tennis court, infinity pool, meditation room, cinema and gym. Recently, the property underwent changes and the designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard was responsible for revamping it.
