Justin cancels shows in São Paulo

The Multishow channel confirmed this Sunday afternoon (4) the rumors that were happening on the internet surrounding the cancellation of shows. The singer would perform two shows in São Paulo on September 14th and 15th. According to a columnist for the newspaper Metrópoles, the motivation for the singer's decision was supposedly due to health problems.

Justin arrived in Brazil this Friday (2) and comments began to appear on the internet that the shows would be affected. According to columnist Léo Dias, the singer decided, after a conversation with his team, to keep the show at Rock In Rio, which takes place this evening.

Also according to Léo Dias, sources close to the star had informed that Justin was experiencing psychological problems and therefore canceled the events that would take place in Chile (7), Argentina (10 and 11) and São Paulo (14 and 15). Justin has been experiencing side effects from Lyme disease, an illness caused by bacteria transmitted through tick bites.

The show taking place today had a time change announced on Friday (2), which will be at 11pm on the world stage. The Rock In Rio team did not inform the reason for the time change. In addition to Justin, Demi Lovato, Luísa Sonza, Emicida and Marina Sena are performing today. All shows will be broadcast live through the Globoplay platform and the Multishow channel.
