Katy Perry does photoshoot for new single “Woman's World”

Katy Perry has released new images from the production of her new single Woman's World where she appears in a stunning photo shoot. The singer, who had not released any original track since 2021 with “Electric” and “When I'm Gone”, has been promising her fans the release of the new single for July 11, 2024 on digital platforms, while the music video will be released the following day, July 12, 2024.

Our latest update on the new project arrived after the singer's team released new images from the photoshoot in which the singer participated.

In this same video we get a glimpse of the new song, where we can hear lyrics about confident and energetic women: “Sexy, confident/ Very intelligent/ She is sent from heaven/ Very soft, very strong”.

From the images we can expect a psychedelic and futuristic aesthetic for the new album. Katy appears dressed in a white mesh bikini and boots with looks reminiscent of space warriors, an outfit already known to fans after the publication of the promotional images.

Upcoming updates

Katy Perry is scheduled to perform as one of the main characters at Rock in Rio 2024. Until then, fans hope to receive new updates about the new project and even, who knows, have new material in her performance.

Some more hopeful fans hope that the performance will be the start of a new world tour, something that hasn't happened in over six years. The new album features illustrious collaborations such as 21 Savage and Kim Petras, as well as controversial music producer Dr Luke, who has been involved in several controversial allegations.

The 39-year-old singer, with more than 20 years of career, hopes to achieve great prestige with this project, reaching the level of her hits from the 2000s, “Firework” and “I Kissed a Girl”.
