Miss Netherlands – The 25-year-old Ona Moody won the Miss Netherland 2022 pageant on Sunday evening. The Amsterdam rider captured the title, crown and sash during the final in Hilversum.
Next year Moody will represent the Netherlands at the Miss Universe pageant.
The jury in Hilversum called Moody “sophisticated and classy”. According to a jury report, she exudes self-assurance and control. The judges see Moody as a worthy successor to Miss Netherland 2021 Julia Sinning.
The jury consisted of William Rutten, Edsilia Rombley, Albert Verlinde, Kristina Bozilovic, Bart Ettekoven, Pernille La Lau and jury chairman Monica van Ee, director of Miss Netherlands.
