Ivete Sangalo decided to join the singer Belo to start her new samba project, entitled “Ivete Clareou”. The recording of the audiovisual took place last week, in Rio de Janeiro, and marks the beginning of a new phase in the artist’s career. The samba project tour is scheduled for October, with shows dedicated to the genre. This Monday (19), Ivete confirmed that the first song of “Ivete Clareou” will be the track “Needless to respond”, collaboration with Belo, which will be released on streaming platforms on Thursday (21).

News from the “Ivete Clareou” project

Ivete Sangalo took advantage of the stories of her Instagram profile to share more news with the fans. There, she answered several questions sent by the public and detailed the project schedule of the project, as well as commenting on details of the shows and the tour. The artist confirmed that the partnership with Belo is a totally unpublished track, signed by Samir Trindade, composer and collaborator in other hits of Bahia, such as “Macetando”, “Salve Baby” and “Let it deserve”.

As for the rest of the audiovisual project that will serve as the basis for the samba tour, Ivete commented: “We are mixing. But it won’t be long. (This question) will be more fluid, faster, more practical. So you will check, both in audiovisual and shows.”

By Instagram, Ivete also revealed that all tour shows will feature special appearances, whose names will be disclosed in the future. Regarding the duration of “Ivete Clareou” shows, they should follow the longer style, such as “NumaNice” and “Afternoon”.

Audiovisual Project Details

Recorded at Mansion Alvite, in Rio de Janeiro, the audiovisual project brought together 37 songs, but it is not yet known if all will be released. The musical direction was due to Boris Farias. In the audiovisual recording, Ivete received singers such as Belo, Dilsinho, Jorge Aragão, Pericles, Arlindinho and Maria Rita. The repertoire brings rereading of classics of the singer’s career, such as “I arrived for you love”, “Flor do Reggae”, “No need to change”, “It’s been a long time” and “Embrace Me”.
