The decision is related to Elon Musk's refusal to comply with court orders to block specific profiles, in addition to the absence of a legal representative for the platform in the country.
In this scenario, Threads, a platform developed by Meta, can serve as a substitute for those who miss a social network dedicated to following news, discussing current events and sharing their opinions on current issues.
However, despite its growing popularity, Threads is still a relatively new app compared to X/Twitter, and some users have reported difficulties using the platform, particularly when it comes to creating posts.

If you're having trouble posting to Threads, follow these tips to troubleshoot the most common issues:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app
Make sure your app is up to date. Go to your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iPhone) and see if there are any updates available for Threads.
Outdated versions may have bugs or limitations, so it's always important to ensure you're using the latest version.
The post button does not appear
Some users have reported that the post button or the field to type a post is not appearing in the bottom bar of the app. This usually happens when Threads is opened via internal Instagram links, such as the Threads icon on your profile or in the settings tab.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, open the Threads app directly from your phone's home screen or app menu, without using links from other apps or browsers. This will allow the post button to appear normally.
Private profile limits interaction
If your Instagram profile is set to private, it may affect your ability to comment on public posts on Threads. Private Instagram profiles limit interaction on Threads to your followers only. Threads does not allow users with private profiles to comment on posts from public accounts, such as celebrities, artists, and influencers.
Solution:
To comment on public posts, you need to make your profile public. Here's how to change this setting in the Threads app:
