First break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
Then melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they reach a nice snowy texture. A pinch of salt always helps.
Mix the cream cheese with the melted chocolate. Gently mix at room temperature.

And then the yolks and little by little the egg white. It is better to do this in three stages so that everything turns out to be very fluffy and beautiful.

Make your own baking dish out of some baking paper: a circle of about 20 cm. Make the border about 15 cm.
