We will need: 3-ingredient cake

• – 3 eggs
• – 120 grams of white chocolate (it also works with milk chocolate, and in this case it’s a chocolate overdose!)
• – 120 grams of cream cheese

And here is the preparation: 3-ingredient cake for which

First break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
Then melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they reach a nice snowy texture. A pinch of salt always helps.
Mix the cream cheese with the melted chocolate. Gently mix at room temperature.

And then the yolks and little by little the egg white. It is better to do this in three stages so that everything turns out to be very fluffy and beautiful.

Make your own baking dish out of some baking paper: a circle of about 20 cm. Make the border about 15 cm.

And then pour the mixture into the mold. Spread evenly.

Important:

place the dish on a baking sheet and pour 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water.

Then put everything in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
