METHOD OF PREPARATION
First, in a pan, melt the sugar completely over medium heat.

Put the eggs, milk, condensed milk in the blender and beat until well mixed.
Then, pour into the mold with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie, for about 45 minutes.
