Daniel Alves is surprised in prison for visiting his ex-wife

It was precisely because of this letter, in a depressing tone according to the magazine, that Joana and her friend Bruno decided to go to Brians II jail, where Daniel is, to talk to the athlete. The conversation, still according to the magazine’s sources, would have lasted around 50 minutes, facing each other and separated only by a glass.

After leaving the place, Joana was questioned by journalists who were waiting for her at the jail door, but she left there, along with her friend Bruno, without making any statements. Bruno is close friends with Daniel. The Spanish press reacted in surprise with her visit, because after the separation announcement, in which Joana wrote a letter by hand, very emotional, saying that she loves and will love her ex-husband, but that there, in that letter, the marriage was ending from both.

The player and the model were married for 6 years, and the ceremony took place in secret on the Spanish island of Ibiza.

Daniel Alves has been in prison since January 20, on charges of rape by a 23-year-old woman, allegedly taking place at a party in Barcelona on December 30, 2022. Among the evidence is the confirmation of the athlete’s semen DNA in the victim’s dress, as well as several fingerprints. In his defense, the athlete has already changed his version of what happened at the scene 4 times, while the victim has maintained the same version since the beginning of the investigations.
