Matthew Perry's autobiography sells out after news of his death

Matthew Perry, known for playing Chandler Bing on the series Friends, died on Saturday night (28), at the age of 54. After the discovery of his death, the public began to become curious about his story and the book's stock on Amazon sold out.

The book was published in American territory in 2022 and only in January of this year was it released in Brazil. Some excerpts from this work report how the actor felt at certain moments in his life, many of them unhappy and completely controlled by his addictions. In one of the excerpts he says that he had everything, but it was impossible to be happy without using some drug.

Matthew's Death

The actor was found lifeless on Saturday night (28) in the hot tub of his home in Los Angeles. Apparently the actor died from accidental drowning. Reports that first aid was called due to a cardiac arrest.

No type of illicit drug or evidence of crime was found in the actor's home, however several controlled medications were found in the actor's home.

A police officer told the portal CNN Brazil that there is no suspicion of involvement in the crime, but that investigations into the case are still taking place.

Family and friends mourn the actor's death

Warner Bros published a note of condolence on its social network X, saying: “We were devastated to learn of the passing of Matthew Perry. He was a true gift to all of us. Our hearts go out to his family, loved ones and all his fans.”. The actor's family goes to his house and mourns the loss, “We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved son and brother.”said familiar to the site TMZ.

Actors, singers, fans and even politicians also mourned Matthew's premature death by writing texts and tributes on their social networks.
