death of Migos rapper Takeoff – Cardi B has reacted for the first time to the death of Takeoff, a rapper of rap group Migos who was shot dead in the United States last week. The rap star, who is married to Takeoff’s cousin Offset, says she feels a lot of “pain and sadness”.
“I’m devastated, but I’m grateful for all the precious memories we were able to share when you were here with us. This is really a nightmare, and the pain is unbearable,” writes Cardi B Friday in a long post on Instagram with a series of photos of Takeoff.
She says she will never forget his “remarkable talent” and his “dope personality”. She also thinks that the music industry without him “will never be the same again”. “I pray that you are in peace and in paradise, for you deserve it all. I know God opened the gates of heaven for you with a warm embrace.”

Takeoff was shot dead on November 1 in Houston, Texas. The police have not yet made any arrests. On Friday, a memorial service took place in Atlanta for family, friends, well-known artists and thousands of fans.
