Rock in Rio announces “Brazil Day” line-up

Rock in Rio announced on Monday (29) the line-up of the festival's shows that will take place on September 21st. From samba to trap, the day will be composed exclusively of national artists from different musical genres, with the aim of paying tribute to Brazilian music. Each show will last approximately 1 hour.

Brazil Day

According to Rock in Rio founder Roberto Medina, the creation of “Brazil Day” is an attempt to “get people out of the bubbles”, introduce the public to other national musical styles and honor Brazilian artists who contribute to these styles and to the Brazilian culture. In addition, the confirmed artists will also record a special song for the event, which, along with a music video, will have its profits donated to Ação da Cidadania and Gerando Falcões.

The festival announced on its social media the artists confirmed for “Dia Brasil”, all organized on the event's stages divided by musical genres.
