Paramore announces extra show date in São Paulo

A Tickets For Fun announced, this Wednesday (16), that Paramore will extend their stay in Brazil and will perform an extra performance. O site of tickets reported that the show will take place on March 12, 2023 in São Paulo. The extra performance was scheduled due to the high demand for the band's shows.

Initially, Paramore would perform in Rio de Janeiro on March 9th and a performance in São Paulo on March 11th, tickets went on sale in the first week of October 2022 and sold out quickly. In this way, the Time For Fun, organizer of the event, arranged a third show to take place in the capital of São Paulo. Ticket sales for the extra show will be available from next Thursday (17th) at 10am via site official Tickets For Fun and at the box office at Teatro Renault, in São Paulo.

Paramore has not performed in Brazil since 2014 and spent almost five years without releasing new music. The hiatus was broken in September 2022 with the release of “This is Why”, title track of the album announced for 2023. Along with this, the tour through Latin America was also confirmed for next year. All shows from tour will take place in March, starting on March 2nd in Lima, capital of Peru, moving on to Chile, Argentina, Brazil and ending on March 14th in the capital of Colombia, Bogotá.

The extra presentation in Brazil will take place at Centro Esportivo Tietê in São Paulo at 8pm on March 12th. According to information from Tickets For Fun, people aged 10 to 14 are only allowed to enter if accompanied by a responsible adult, and teenagers aged 15 and over are allowed to enter unaccompanied.
