Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker buy beach house for R$77 million

Five months ago, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married in Italy with a huge party. The couple purchased their first home together, a beachfront property in Santa Barbara, California, after revealing in early October that they do not live in the same house.

According to the website US Weekly, the purchase was made last Friday (21) for US$14.5 million, approximately R$77.54 million. They purchased the property with presenter and comedian Conan O'Brien, who had spent less than US$8 million, in Brazilian currency it would be R$42.8 million, in 2015, for the purchase of the 195 meter property.

For the singer and businesswoman, Santa Barbara has a special meaning as it is the city where they got engaged and were legally married. After being renovated and renovated with modern architecture, the home features a soundproofed balcony, built-in barbecue, and a garage with space for two cars, as well as a Tesla charging station. It also includes a beachfront deck with private stairs leading down to the shore. The home is decorated with wood and white paint and furniture, creating a light and airy home.

Actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are Kourtney and Travis' neighbors, they live just a few meters from the couple's luxurious new home.

The Poosh founder and the Blink-182 drummer began dating during the Covid-19 pandemic, despite having been neighbors and friends for years. They announced their engagement in October 2021 and held the ceremony in Italy in May with their children, family and friends in attendance.

At the beginning of the month, Kardashian revealed on the podcast “Not Skinny, Not Fat” that she still does not live with her husband because the children are used to living in their own home and thus feel more comfortable.
