Lula's wife opens Instagram profile to the public with several wedding photos

On Friday the 12th, Janja, wife of former president Lula, opened a profile and published almost a thousand photos, among them the posts of the wedding that took place in May of this year. Rosângela Silva, or Janja as she is known, believes that it was a marketing strategy, since she surrendered to the networks before the campaign and this year, the former president runs again for the Planalto in the elections.

Previously, the profile was private, only for friends and family, so much so that the wedding party was only for close people, around 220 guests. In one of the posts on Instagram, she appears singing for Lula at the wedding, the song chosen was “Amor de índio”, by Beto Guedes.

Lula's wife is a sociologist, born in União da Vitória, Paraná. In 1990, she studied Social Sciences at the Federal University of Paraná and specialized in History. Jana has been a PT supporter since she was 17, and met Lula in 2017, but the couple left their romance public in 2019, after the former president left the Federal Police Superintendence of Paraná, where he was imprisoned due to Operation Lava Jato.

The sociologist opened a question box on her stories with the hashtag #JanjaResponde. Within minutes, Janja's profile had already accumulated more than 39 thousand followers, and the number continues to grow, and it was in this way that she claimed to be in favor of the PT (Workers' Party).

The first photo is surprisingly with Lula, from November 2019, minutes after he left prison. The caption reads: “Full of happiness!!! Now let’s go through life together!”he stated in the publication. Janja is the third wife of former president Luiz Inácio da Silva.

With the elections approaching, Janja decided to declare her support for the PT, of which her husband, Lula, is a member. The competition remains fierce between Lula and Bolsonaro, the current president of the republic.
