Naiara Azevedo discovers that her ex-husband took out life insurance in her name

In the early hours of this Thursday (30), singer Naiara Azevedo contacted the Civil Police of Goiânia, in Goiás, to report domestic violence suffered by her, her attacker would be Rafael Alves Cabral, and his brother, Fernando Alves Cabral. The singer would have discovered life insurance taken out in her name.

The singer told the authorities that she is scared, because her ex-husband took out a million-dollar life insurance policy, with only him as the beneficiary of all her assets, Naiara believes that he might try something against her to get the amount.

Not to mention that she does not have access to her bank accounts and that they are operated by her ex and his family, not to mention that several of her assets, such as houses and luxury vehicles are not in her name, but rather Rafael's or his brother's.

Naiara asked for a protective measure against her ex-husband and ex-brother-in-law when she denounced them and asked that any other family member of theirs be prohibited from approaching her or making any form of contact.

The bulletin also informs that Fernando's mother, who passed away recently, had a power of attorney with full powers over Naiara's assets, according to her, she was forced by her ex to sign the document giving powers to her ex-mother-in-law.

Naiara and Rafael after a long 10 years of relationship after separating in July 2023, continued as partners in equipment used in their shows. Since the divorce in 2021, the singer has tried to divide her assets, but so far, no sharing has been made. Although he does not have children with the singer other than dogs that they call “four-legged children”, the businessman has a daughter called Yasmin, the result of a previous relationship.

Lawyer Guilherme Capanema, who represents Rafael, informed that he was not summoned and is not aware of the facts and that they are investigating the issues and at the moment he has nothing to declare.
