PMMA is simply a plastic, which the body has no ability to degenerate. It is worth noting that other products such as hyaluronic acid, which are absorbable and have antidotes, allow the product to be removed. It is also approved by doctors for aesthetic purposes.

The substance does not degenerate

In the case of PMMA, it is removed through surgery. This involves removing the product along with the tissue. In other words, using this product is very risky, given the negative effects it has on the body.

The investigation into the death of influencer Aline continues. The clinic where she underwent the procedure did not have a business license. And the person in charge of the establishment, Graziele, is not registered with the CRM and did not even attend college. According to the police chief, there were not even any patient records at the clinic. She underwent a custody hearing and remains in custody.
