Flay speaks out after comments about having had lipo

In an interview given to WhoFlay talks about her body and the difficulties she faces in maintaining it even without giving up certain foods, especially sugar, which is an enemy of health. “People say it's lipo and it's not”revealed the ex-BBB in conversation.

“I've already gained 9 kilos after liposuction, and I've already lost 9 kilos. We gain weight with a great body and then we think we're not gaining weight. When we step on the scale, we say: 'What do you mean?'.”declared Flay, revealing that the kilos she gained after having lipo, she eliminated with diet and heavy training.

The influencer says that her flat tummy is the result of a lot of sweat and a healthy diet. “It was hard work to lose those pounds. I used the treadmill, dieted, changed my eating habits, and did exercises that I don't like to do. I do the treadmill once or twice a week, once a month, I go to the gym. I also do intermittent fasting, which speeds things up and has helped me.”she said.

The singer is 1.60m tall and weighs 60 kilos. She says that she doesn't follow her diet every day, but that she always finds time to stay in shape. She also shared with her fans and followers that it is very difficult to maintain her shape and a flat tummy.

The former BBB also states that even though she takes care of her body, she has not stopped consuming certain foods and reveals that she loves to eat some junk food and especially that she uses sugar. “I love eating junk food”he said. “Every day I eat my sweet bread. Nobody takes the sugar out of my coffee, every day I eat a sweet treat.”revealed.

Flayslane, better known as Flay, after her participation in the reality show, Big Brother Brasil, edition 20. The singer, 27 years old, is the mother of little Bernardo, 3 years old.
